• Free College Predictor — AI-based prediction of colleges based on NEET rank and previous year data
• Preference List Generator — Generate and download customized college preference lists
• NEET Counselling Guidance — Expert advice by Dr. SR Prajapati for MCC & AYUSH counselling
• Latest Updates — Real-time MCC, AACCC, NTA notifications and schedule alerts
• Premium Plans — Advanced tools, personalized guidance, and priority support
• Cut-off Analytics — Detailed Opening & Closing Rank data for medical colleges

3 User Responsibilities

As a user of Mediayur, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our tools or registering
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Use our services only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our tools or data
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Respect other users and our team in all communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India

4 Account & Registration

Some features of Mediayur require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Update your account information when it changes

5 Premium Plans & Payments

5.1 Premium Services

Mediayur offers paid Premium Plans that provide access to advanced features including personalized preference lists, priority counselling support, and detailed analytics.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways
• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment
• Mediayur does not store your payment card details

5.3 Subscription Renewal

• Premium plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
• You will be notified before your plan expires

6 Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 24 hours — Full refund if no premium features have been accessed
• After 24 hours — No refund once premium content has been accessed or downloaded
• Technical issues — Full refund if the service was unavailable due to our technical failure
• Duplicate payments — Immediately refunded upon verification

7 Intellectual Property

All content on Mediayur — including text, graphics, logos, tool designs, preference list formats, data compilations, and website layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mediayur and Dr. SR Prajapati.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission
• You may not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior consent
• Personal, non-commercial use with proper credit is permitted
• Scraping or automated data extraction from our website is strictly prohibited

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mediayur:

• Sharing false or misleading information about NEET counselling
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers or systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Reselling or redistributing our premium content or tools
• Using our platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable Indian law or regulation

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Mediayur and Dr. SR Prajapati shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Admission decisions made based on College Predictor or Preference List tools
• Inaccuracies in NEET data or cut-off predictions
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities related to our platform
• Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions

10 Termination

Mediayur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• You provide false information during registration or use
• Required by law or government authority

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any outstanding premium access will be forfeited without refund if termination is due to a violation of these terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation
• If unresolved, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India
• Governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable Indian legislation

12 Changes to These Terms

Mediayur reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered users via email for major changes
• Display a notice on the website for important updates

Your continued use of Mediayur after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
